Dr. Chad Curtis brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his practice, having attended the esteemed University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, the only accelerated three-year program in the nation. Although he initially had a strong interest in surgery and implants, Dr. Curtis discovered his true passion in restorative dentistry as his career progressed.
Following his graduation from dental school, Dr. Curtis worked for the Indian Health Services in Whiteriver, AZ and Phoenix, AZ. During this time, he gained valuable experience in all facets of dentistry, as the government system lacked specialists. This experience, coupled with his strong work ethic, helped shape him into the skilled and compassionate dentist he is today.
Dr. Curtis's passion for dentistry runs in his blood. He is the third generation of dentists in his family, with both his paternal grandfather and father practicing in the field. As a result, Dr. Curtis was exposed to dentistry from a young age and developed a natural affinity for it. With his caring nature and patient-centered approach, he is committed to providing the best possible care for his patients and always has their best interests at heart.

He has been happily married to his wife, Jessica, for 16 years, having met while he was studying and playing football at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. Jessica is a realtor who shares Dr. Curtis's passion for architecture and interior design. Together, they have five children who keep them busy and are a major source of joy and fulfillment.
As a father, Dr. Curtis places great emphasis on being actively involved in his children's lives. He is a proud Little League coach and serves on the board of directors for the league. He has coached each of his children in multiple sports, and he believes that being involved in sports and community activities has helped him become a more well-rounded person.
Dr. Curtis's passion for athletics started at a young age. He played football throughout college and was known for his tenacity and leadership on the field. He has continued to stay involved in sports in his community, including organizing and participating in charity events and coaching his children's teams.
Dr. Curtis attended Mountain View High School in Mesa, AZ, where he was a standout athlete and an active member of the community. He remains closely connected to his alma mater and is proud of his accomplishments both in his personal and professional life. His experience playing football at NAU also taught him the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, which he has carried with him throughout his career.
